4.The main personnel of the enterprise shall meet the requirements of 60 years of age and below, and the enterprise shall pay social insurance for them。

5.If the main personnel of the enterprise are employed or registered in two or more enterprises, they are not considered as effective personnel assessment required by the qualification standard。

6.The qualifications, professional titles, performance and other aspects of the technical leader shall be assessed according to the corresponding standard requirements of the qualification applied by the enterprise。The enterprise shall specify a professional and technical person in charge according to the qualification category applied。

7.The "relevant majors" of the personnel with intermediate titles and above shall be assessed according to the post major of the title certificate or the major learned in the graduation certificate。Among them, the structure major includes: civil engineering, civil engineering, structure, building construction, construction engineering and other majors。
8.When an enterprise applies for a certain category of qualification, the number and profession of each type of personnel in the main personnel of the enterprise shall meet the requirements of the Standard。If a person has two or more registration certificates and technical titles at the same time, it can only be assessed as a person;A person who has both a registration certificate and a technical title can be assessed as a registered person and a technical title person at the same time。

15.The performance completed by the registered constructor (or technical person in charge) in the "Standard" refers to the engineering project completed by the construction project manager or project technical person in charge。
(3) Technical equipment
The equipment clearly required in the "Standard" shall be the enterprise's own equipment, and the assessment shall be carried out according to the enterprise equipment purchase invoice;Among them, the application for the port and waterway construction of the general contract qualification, should provide the main performance indicators of the equipment, ownership and inspection certificate。
(4) Enterprise engineering performance and personnel performance

1.The engineering performance required by this standard refers to the engineering performance contracted and independently completed by qualified enterprises according to law。

2.If a project performance of a unit meets multiple technical indicators at the same time, it will only be assessed as an indicator。Where accumulative and single technical indicators are assessed separately in the "Standard", the performance of the same project can be assessed at the same time, except for railway qualifications。
